On this occasion, Her Excellency Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice President and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, said that organizing the fifth edition of “Dubai Podvest” under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, embodies His Highness’s strategic vision. His vision aims to make Dubai a center for Arab media and a pivotal platform for developing creative content. Furthermore, it aims to make Dubai a global destination for new media makers.

Her Excellency said: “The directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum set us a clear goal. This goal is to consolidate Dubai’s position as the capital of Arab media. It is achieved not only by keeping pace with the latest global developments but also by actively contributing to shaping the features of the digital media landscape. Furthermore, we aim to create qualitative opportunities for Arab cadres. These opportunities will provide influential content capable of competing globally.”

Mona Al Marri added: “Dubai Podvest, which coincides with World Podcast Day, has become the most prominent event of its kind in the region.
