  • Emirati leadership

Dubai, UAE – The Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) is participating in the Dubai Airshow 2025 under the umbrella of the Abu Dhabi Aviation Group. It aims to highlight its advanced infrastructure and capabilities. It also seeks to expand its global partnerships.

Through its participation in the exhibition, AMARCO is establishing a new phase of growth and innovation in its journey towards sector leadership. This reinforces the UAE’s position as a global hub for the defense aviation sector and advanced maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.

During the exhibition, the company will sign several agreements with local, regional, and international partners. This is aimed at expanding its future operations and launching new investment plans. These plans aim to enhance its technical capabilities. They also intend to integrate advanced solutions and technologies in the aircraft maintenance and overhaul sector.

Maintenance and repair centers

AMMROC’s facilities in Al Ain represent one of the largest and most modern maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) centers for military aircraft in the region. It provides its partners with comprehensive services for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. In addition, it offers advanced maintenance of engines, components, and aircraft parts. AMMROC is also the only authorized service center for Black Hawk (UH-60) helicopters outside the United States. It also provides services for C-130, F-16, and Mirage 2000 aircraft. This reinforces the UAE’s position as a strategic hub for supporting military aviation.

Through its collaboration with leading global manufacturers, AMMROC continues to localize high-value maintenance services that were previously performed abroad. This creates significant opportunities within the defense industries sector and contributes to the UAE’s economic diversification goals.

Emirati leadership

Human capital is central to AMMROC’s success and sustainability. The company takes pride in its Emirati workforce, which comprises more than a third of its employees. It is led entirely by Emiratis. In addition to its specialized training programs in Al Ain, AMMROC is developing a new generation of Emirati technicians and engineers. This generation is equipped to meet the demands of the modern defense aviation industry at the highest international standards. It includes engineers, aviation experts, and maintenance specialists with decades of experience across various projects.

AMMROC’s participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025 reflects the national vision based on innovation, collaboration, and building capabilities and competencies in the fields of defense and advanced technologies. With its expanding capabilities and partnerships, the company continues to solidify its pivotal position in the UAE’s defense sector. It is also considered a leading model of excellence and readiness in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) at the regional and global levels.
