Madrid, Spain – Barcelona achieved a resounding victory over their guest Sevilla with a score of 5-2, in the match that brought them together on Sunday evening, as part of the Spanish League competitions for the current 2025-2026 season.
The match was held at Spotify Camp Nou, as part of the 28th round of La Liga matches.
Barcelona opened the scoring early in the ninth minute through Rafinha from a penalty kick which he successfully converted into the net, before the same player returned and added the second goal in the 21st minute.

With this victory, Barcelona raised its tally to 70 points at the top of the Spanish League standings, while Sevilla’s tally remained frozen at 31 points in fourteenth place.
