Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Ain will be without three players for their match against Bani Yas. The game will take place next Sunday as part of the 17th round of the UAE Pro League.
Al Ain will visit Bani Yas in a match where “The Boss” will seek to continue its pursuit of the top spot in the league standings. This comes amidst a fierce battle with Shabab Al Ahli for first place.
Al Ain will be without Paraguayan Alejandro Cacu and Egyptian international Rami Rabia due to suspension, following their straight red cards in last week’s match against Al Nasr.
The team will also be without Portuguese player Rafael Ferreira due to an accumulation of yellow cards. He received his third yellow card during the same match against Al-Ittihad, thus ruling him out of the upcoming game against Al-Samawi.
The absence of the trio represents a significant blow to Al Ain’s coaching staff, given the importance of the match. The team is particularly keen to maintain its positive momentum and challenge for the top spot at this crucial stage of the season.

Al Ain currently sits second in the UAE league standings with 38 points, level with leaders Shabab Al Ahli. However, they trail on goal difference, making a win in their next match even more crucial.
Meanwhile, Bani Yas hopes to capitalize on home advantage and a supportive crowd to secure a positive result that will strengthen their position in the league standings. They also hope this result will hinder Al Ain’s title aspirations.
