Cairo, Egypt – Danish coach Jess Torp, manager of Al Ahly, announced his team’s roster for the Ismaily match scheduled for Wednesday evening in the Egyptian League.
Al Ahly will meet Ismaily at Borg El Arab Stadium, as part of the postponed matches of the 14th round of the Nile League competition.
Al Ahly’s squad saw the absence of Ahmed Eid due to accumulated cards, Mahmoud Trezeguet and Zizo due to injury, in addition to Imam Ashour due to the penalty imposed on him.
Al Ahly’s squad list is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Mohamed El Shenawy – Mostafa Shobeir – Hamza Alaa.
Defense: Karim Fouad – Mohamed Hany – Yassin Marei – Amr El Gazzar – Ahmed Ramadan – Yasser Ibrahim – Ahmed Nabil Kouka – Mohamed Shokry – Youssef Belamri.
Midfield: Aliou Dieng – Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane – Marwan Attia – Hussein El Shahat – Achraf Bencharki – Taher Mohamed Taher.
Attack: Yelsin Kamwiss – Mohamed Sherif – Marwan Osman.
Al Ahly occupies fourth place in the league standings with 27 points, while Ismaily is in last place with 10 points.
