London, England – Manchester City snatched a dramatic 2-1 victory from their hosts Liverpool, in the match that brought them together this Sunday evening at Anfield Stadium, as part of the 25th round of the English Premier League.
The match started strongly for both teams, with Omar Marmoush missing a clear opportunity for Manchester City in the 12th minute, after he went one-on-one with goalkeeper Alisson and shot the ball just wide of the post, before the referee raised the offside flag after the end of the game.
