Cairo, Egypt – The competition in the Egyptian Premier League standings intensified after Zamalek defeated Petrojet 2-0 in the 16th round of the domestic competition.
Zamalek met Petrojet at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the 16th round of the Nile League competition.
Zamalek’s two goals were scored by Oday Al-Dabbagh and Hossam Abdel-Magid in the 21st and 39th minutes respectively.
This result lifted Zamalek to fourth place with 25 points, while Petrojet remained in tenth place with 19 points.
