Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Barcelona won the Spanish Super Cup after a thrilling 3-2 victory over arch-rivals Real Madrid. The match took place on Sunday evening at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Real Madrid equalized again in the final seconds of the first half through Gonzalo Garcia, ending the first half with a (2-2) draw in a dramatic scenario.
In the second half, Barcelona took control amid a clear decline from Real Madrid, and Rafinha succeeded in scoring the winning goal in the 73rd minute, with a shot from outside the penalty area that changed direction after hitting a defender.
