With a last-minute goal.. Chelsea forces a draw against Manchester City in the English Premier League (video)

London, England – Chelsea managed to secure a 1-1 draw against hosts Manchester City in their Premier League match on Sunday evening, ahead of the 2025-2026 season.

Manchester City hosted Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium, in the 20th round of the Premier League competition.

Manchester City took the lead through Tijani Rayners in the 42nd minute. This happened after he dribbled past a Chelsea defender and fired a powerful shot into the net.

Chelsea snatched a dramatic equalizer in stoppage time, specifically in the 94th minute, through Enzo Fernandez. He met a cross from Malo Justo on the right wing with a shot that found the back of the net.

With this result, Manchester City moved up to second place in the Premier League table with 42 points, while Chelsea reached 31 points in fifth place.
