Dubai, UAE – The restaurant “Woohoo” in Dubai has opened a unique experience, where the cooking is led by “Chef Ayman,” an AI-powered hologram. The aim is to serve innovative and unexpected dishes.
The restaurant welcomes visitors with a semi-dark, color-changing hall, and a huge metal structure that generates interactive virtual environments, to simulate a futuristic experience.
One of the most notable innovations is the “raw dinosaur meat” dish, which is based on an imaginary genetic map to deliver a unique and bizarre flavor. Turkish visitor Efe Orgunlu said, “The dish is amazing, and strangely flavorful at the same time.”
But not everyone is convinced. Syrian chef Mohammed Orfali believes that cooking depends on feelings and memories, and artificial intelligence does not possess these, but it is useful in managing and organizing the kitchen.
Restaurant manager Ahmed Shaker explains that the goal is to make visitors feel as if they are living in 2071. The experience offers a completely futuristic atmosphere. Social media has contributed to the restaurant’s popularity, with over 12,000 followers on Instagram. These followers are interested in his recipes and cooking tips.
Resident Dew says, “The concept is innovative and the dishes are an unforgettable experience.” Dubai is once again proving its ability to combine technology with culinary innovation to deliver an unprecedented dining experience.
