Washington, USA – American businessman Elon Musk sparked widespread controversy with a post he published on the “X” platform, in which he accused what he described
as the “radical left” of using “fraudulent” government programs for many years.
This is to bring in huge numbers of illegal immigrants, and sometimes legal ones as well.
This is with the aim of winning the elections and turning the United States into a “one-party state,” as he put it.
Destroy democracy
Musk said that these policies, as he described them, contribute to “destroying any real form of democracy.”
He warned that delving deeper into how taxpayers’ money is spent would “shock” citizens.
This is in light of what he considered a systematic political use of these funds.
He added that if these conditions continue without correction, the voters’ voices will be “worthless.”
Somali voting bloc
Musk cited what he called the “clearest example” of this, namely the “Somali voting bloc” in Minnesota.
He pointed out that the state had little history with a Somali presence decades ago,
But according to his argument, she became capable of getting Ilhan Omar into the US Congress.
He considered this an example of demographic shifts with direct political impact.
Reshaping the political and electoral map
Musk did not limit his criticism to the United States alone,
but stressed that “the same pattern” – as he described it –
It is common in a number of Western countries, including Britain,
the European Union countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
He pointed out that immigration policies are used, in his opinion,
as a tool to reshape the political and electoral map in these countries.
Musk’s post comes in the context of a broad debate in Western societies
about issues of immigration, integration, and the impact of demographic changes on election results.
This comes amid a sharp division between political factions regarding
the limits of immigration and its role in the future of Western democracies.
