Amman, Jordan – The Jordanian Armed Forces announced the deployment of a new aircraft unit to the Democratic Republic of Congo as part of international peacekeeping missions. This coincided with the return of the unit that had completed its deployment there.

Military sources confirmed that the move reflects Jordan’s commitment to supporting UN peacekeeping operations and promoting stability in conflict zones. Operational expertise is also being shared between the participating units.

This deployment underscores Jordan’s continued active role in international missions. The Jordanian Armed Forces contribute to efforts to maintain security and enhance regional and international stability through numerous deployments around the world.
