Tehran, Iran – Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s chief negotiator, affirmed that his country is ready to engage in serious negotiations if the political will and mutual respect are present. He emphasized, however, that Tehran is prepared for all scenarios, including military confrontation, in defense of its interests and sovereignty.
Araqchi added that the option of dialogue does not contradict preparedness for war, asserting that diplomatic and military power go hand in hand. This statement clearly reflects Iran’s policy in managing regional and international issues during the current phase.
