The army continued: “In a quick closing of the circle, we precisely struck the launch site.” No Palestinian group has claimed responsibility for the attempted rocket launch. The attempt resulted in the deaths of six children. No injuries from the airstrike have been reported, according to available information. An Anadolu correspondent in Gaza reported hearing an explosion, which was later confirmed to have been caused by the airstrike. In the same context, the Israeli army has continued since early morning to fire toward the tents of civilians.
