Washington, DC – The Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff stated that weather conditions played a significant and decisive role in the timing and execution of the US military operation in Venezuela. During a press briefing in Washington, the Chairman explained that the Venezuela operation had been planned for several months.
