A holistic approach to combating terrorism
The Aqaba Meetings, launched by King Abdullah II in 2015, aim to enhance security and military coordination and cooperation. They also seek to facilitate the exchange of expertise and information among various regional and international stakeholders to combat terrorism through a comprehensive approach.
This tour follows a previous meeting chaired by King Abdullah II in cooperation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on October 15. A previous round of the initiative was also organized jointly with Italy in Rome.
