Abu Dhabi, UAE – Presite AI Holding Limited announced on Wednesday its financial results for the first quarter of this year. Achieving double year-on-year growth in revenue, EBITDA, and net profit.
Presite recorded revenues of AED 689 million during the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 22.2% year-on-year. 95.7% of these came from multi-year contracts.
This growth is attributed to the continued implementation of long-term contracts at Presite and AIQ, as well as the winning of new local contracts during the period. Continued momentum in international markets, including multi-year deployments in Jordan, Kazakhstan and Albania.
AIQ also contributed revenues of AED 205.3 million, representing 29.8% of the group’s total revenues.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also increased by 12.7% year-on-year to reach 159 million dirhams, with a profit margin of 23.1%. Net profit increased by 11.5% to reach AED 133.8 million during the first quarter of 2026.
International markets continued to play a major role in supporting growth, with international revenues rising 62.9% year-on-year to AED 206.9 million. Representing 30% of the group’s total revenues, compared to 22.5% during the first quarter of 2025. International orders also accounted for 39.1% of total new orders during the quarter, supporting continued diversification of the backlog.
The company maintained a strong, debt-free balance sheet, with cash and cash equivalents of AED 2 billion as of March 31.
The group has more than doubled its revenues over the past two years, recording a compound annual revenue growth rate of 62.1% since the first quarter of 2024.
New contracts and agreements
This quarter’s growth compared to the strongest similar period in Presite’s history. Which saw an acceleration in international publishing operations and AIQ’s first quarterly contribution following its acquisition.
During the first quarter of 2026, Presite signed nine new contracts and agreements with a number of federal agencies and state-owned companies in the UAE. This strengthens its position as a reliable partner in developing government capabilities supported by artificial intelligence. The company also expanded its presence across Africa during the quarter, leveraging existing partnerships and programs across the continent.
The Presite program to accelerate the growth of artificial intelligence startups attracted 376 applications from 62 countries to participate in its second batch. That is, more than three times the number of applicants for the first batch.
