El Arish, Egypt – The United Arab Emirates continues its humanitarian efforts to support its brothers and sisters in the Gaza Strip. This support includes the arrival of a new aid plane in the city of El Arish. The plane carried 100 tons of urgent relief supplies as part of the “Hamid Air Bridge.”
Food and logistical aid
The “Hamid Air Bridge” shipment included large quantities of essential food supplies intended to meet the urgent needs of affected families. This comes amidst the dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. This initiative is part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of civilians. It also aims to enhance food security.
The Emirati humanitarian aid team in El Arish received the shipment immediately upon its arrival. The shipment was then transferred to the logistics center designated for Emirati aid. This was in preparation for its entry into the Gaza Strip according to established procedures. As a result, this ensures its swift delivery to those in need.
The relief bridge continues
The continuation of the “Hamid Air Bridge” reflects the UAE’s unwavering commitment to providing urgent humanitarian support as part of Operation “Al Fares Al Shahed 3.” This operation is being carried out through multiple routes, including air, land, and sea transport. The goal is to ensure the delivery of essential food, medicine, and other necessities to the population.
These efforts underscore the UAE’s consistent humanitarian approach of extending a helping hand to brotherly nations during crises. In addition, they contribute to strengthening the international response to the escalating humanitarian challenges in the Gaza Strip.
