Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Emirate of Fujairah reported that authorities are currently responding to a security incident targeting the telecommunications company du’s building. The building was attacked by a drone launched from Iranian territory.
Initial reports from local authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported as a result of the attack. Furthermore, the damage was limited to minor structural damage to the building. Authorities are continuing to monitor the situation and have intensified precautionary measures to protect vital infrastructure in the emirate. They are also working to ensure the continuity of essential services, particularly the telecommunications sector, which was not significantly affected by the incident.
