Abu Dhabi, UAE – The UAE expressed its solidarity with the Republic of Brazil for the victims of heavy rains, floods and landslides that occurred in the southeastern state of Minas Gerais.
It resulted in the death, injury and loss of dozens of people, and caused significant material losses.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed, in a statement, that the UAE expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the Brazilian government and friendly people in this painful loss.
She expressed her wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
