Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Endowments and Minors’ Funds Management Authority, Abu Dhabi Endowments, announced the launch of the “Mother of the Emirates Endowment for Orphans” campaign.
In a benevolent initiative that is consistent with the values and principles of the “Year of the Family”, which are at the heart of consolidating social cohesion, and at the same time embodies the UAE’s belief that the orphan is surrounded by integrated families and institutions that provide him with the necessary means of care and support.
The event is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
The campaign, which will be launched on February 18, reflects the values of giving and solidarity rooted in the culture of the UAE.
It is an extension of the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless his soul. Which made humanity an approach and goodness a sustainable act, and instilled the values of tolerance, giving and altruism that characterize the UAE today.
The “Mother of the Emirates Orphan Endowment” campaign aims to provide a sustainable source of funding for orphan care that guarantees them a more stable future and improves their quality of life.
In a way that contributes to building a healthy and balanced society, as well as spreading endowment values and promoting the concept of endowment as a catalyst for sustainability.
In addition to reviving the endowment as a development tool for communities, promoting the concept of social solidarity, and encouraging broad participation to contribute to supporting various segments of society.
The “Mother of the Emirates Orphan Endowment” initiative seeks to establish an endowment model that guarantees sustainable funding for orphan care and transforms temporary contributions into a sustainable charitable model that creates a bright future based on the values of mercy and solidarity.

This campaign embodies the noble values and principles supported by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates,” President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation.
