Abu Dhabi, UAE – Emstel Group announced the signing of a maritime transport agreement for raw materials with Oldendorf Carriers.

Under this renewed agreement, Oldendorf Carriers will continue to provide dedicated ocean freight services for raw material shipments to the Emstel Group’s ironworks in Abu Dhabi.

With a focus on the highest standards of operational safety, regularity of supplies, and commitment to responsible practices in the maritime transport sector.

This agreement is an extension of more than 20 years of continuous cooperation between Emstel and Oldendorf Carriers.

To consolidate a partnership that has had a fundamental impact in supporting the growth of Emstel Industrial, and enhancing the reliability of its supply chains.

The agreement was concluded for a period of five years and with a total estimated value of approximately 600 million dirhams throughout the contract period.

Which reflects the size of this partnership and its strategic position.

Under the agreement, Oldendorf Carriers will transport about 5.2 million tons annually of iron ore pellets from multiple sources.

This will form a major logistical link between Emstel and iron ore pellet suppliers.

This supports smooth coordination of operations, ensures regular deliveries, and enhances cooperation across various stages of the supply chain.

This renewed partnership reflects the commitment of both parties to establishing long-term cooperation based on operational reliability and achieving joint growth.

To meet Emstel’s production needs and contribute to supporting the development of the industrial sector in the region.
