Abu Dhabi, UAE – The UAE expressed its deepest condolences and full solidarity with the Kingdom of Morocco following the devastating floods that swept through several regions due to torrential rains.

These floods resulted in fatalities and injuries among civilians, as well as widespread damage to property and infrastructure.

In an official statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the UAE support for Morocco during this difficult humanitarian crisis.

Deep-rooted fraternal relations

It also expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, and its brotherly people.

The UAE wished a speedy recovery to all those injured.

whether through official statements or relief and humanitarian aid.

Facing challenges and natural disasters

Several regions in Morocco have witnessed heavy rainfall in recent days.

This rainfall led to flash floods and caused loss of life and property damage.

In this context, Moroccan authorities and civil protection agencies

are making intensive efforts to contain the situation.

They are also working to rescue those stranded, and provide support to those affected.

The UAE continues to emphasize its commitment to strengthening cooperation

and humanitarian solidarity with its brothers and sisters, stemming from its moral and humanitarian responsibility.

In addition, it believes in the importance of joint action to confront challenges and natural disasters.
