Dubai, UAE – Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation “Empower”, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025.

It recorded record revenues amounting to 3.419 billion dirhams for the fiscal year 2025, a growth of 4.9% compared to 2024 revenues.

Empower recorded net profits of AED 1.004 billion during the same year, a growth rate of 10.5% compared to 2024.

The profits of the company’s shareholders amounted to 993.3 million dirhams, and the total profits of the institution before tax amounted to 1.103 billion dirhams, an increase of 10.5% as well.

The year 2025 witnessed exceptional performance in Empower’s operational operations, as the total delivery capacity reached approximately 1.7 million tons of cooling.

The contracted capacity also increased by 11% compared to 2024 to reach about 2 million tons of cooling, after signing 186 new contracts during 2025.

Empower’s revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization grew by 4.9% and 6.2%, respectively, in 2025 compared to the previous year.

The total number of buildings served by Empower increased to 1,747 in 2025, a 7% increase compared to 2024.

The increase in the number of new registered customers reached 26% compared to 2024, and the total number of the organization’s customers reached 156 thousand customers at the end of 2025.

The number of bill payment operations carried out through the electronic payment channels provided by Empower, in cooperation with its strategic partners, banks and financial institutions, reached 979,051 operations, an increase of 10% compared to the same period last year.

Empower approved 46,876 applications for the No Objection Certificates service during the year 2025, an increase of 10% compared to the same period in 2024.

This is to facilitate consultants and contractors obtaining the organization’s approvals to submit applications, reduce or avoid violations, damages and fines, and save time and effort.
