Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Ain secured a valuable 1-0 victory over hosts Al Jazira in their UAE Pro League match on Friday evening.
Al Ain met Al Jazira at Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium, as part of the 15th round of the ADNOC Pro League competition.
Alejandro Sebastian scored the winning goal for Al Ain in the 83rd minute, after he unleashed a powerful shot from outside the penalty area that found the back of Al Jazira’s net.

Al Jazira’s most dangerous early chance came in the fourth minute, with a shot from Bono de Oliveira, which goalkeeper Khalid Eisa saved firmly.
Al Ain’s first real attacking threat came in the 20th minute with a low shot from Soufiane Rahimi. The best chance of the first half then went begging in the 30th minute when Kodjo Laba found himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper, but Ali Khaseif made a brilliant save.
