Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of the Dubai Chambers, signed an agreement with the global company specializing in design software, Canva.
This is to establish the company’s regional headquarters in Dubai and support 250,000 small and medium digital companies and individuals over the next five years.
In line with national plans and strategies in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
This will be during the activities of the World Government Summit 2026, which concludes today in Dubai.
Under the agreement, the Chamber will support the establishment of Canva’s regional headquarters in Dubai.
Which contributes to expanding the scope of its work at the local and regional levels.
This step constitutes a practical translation of Dubai’s continued commitment to developing an integrated digital system and strengthening its position as a global center for innovation.
The emirate’s attractiveness also reflects a preferred destination for major global technology companies.
Canva will also provide newly established small and medium-sized companies in Dubai and the Emirates with access to advanced service packages within its platform specialized in design and visual communication.
With the aim of enabling these companies later in the official launch to benefit from advanced tools in the fields of design, productivity and innovation.
This contributes to enhancing its digital presence, simplifying content creation processes, and stimulating innovation, without the need for specialized design expertise.
The Canva platform was developed to enable everyone to design.
The platform meets the creativity and design needs of organizations, small businesses, consumers, and students in more than 190 countries around the world.
