Dubai, UAE – «Dubai Holding» announced its acquisition, through its subsidiary «Dubai Hospitality Holding», of the five-star «Jumeirah Mallorca» resort on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
This is in a move that strengthens its global asset portfolio in the hospitality sector.
She stated that the resort will continue to operate under the management of the «Jumeirah» brand, remaining part of its luxury hotel facility portfolio in Europe.
It includes facilities in London, Capri and Geneva, establishing the group’s presence in the most prominent European entertainment destinations.
Jumeirah Mallorca Resort «Jumeirah Mallorca» is located in the Port de Soller area on the northwest coast of the island, and includes 121 hotel rooms.
It also offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range «UNESCO» World Heritage Site«.
It holds the Platinum Leadership Certificate in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), reflecting its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
«Dubai Holding» indicated its intention, following the completion of the acquisition, to inject additional investments.
This is to enhance the hotel experience at the resort and strengthen its position as one of the main destinations of the «Jumeirah» brand in the Mediterranean region.
