Abu Dhabi, UAE – The 13th round of the UAE Pro League kicks off today, Saturday, with three high-profile matches, headlined by the clash between Al Ain and Al Wahda.
The round will witness matches between Al Wasl and Al Jazira, and Khor Fakkan and Al Nasr. In addition, there will be a top-of-the-table clash between Al Ain and Al Wahda, in a heated battle for the top spots and the golden square.
Al Wasl vs Al Jazeera
The round kicks off with a highly anticipated clash between Al Wasl and Al Jazira at Zabeel Stadium. Both teams will be vying for three points to maintain their position in the UAE league standings.
Al Wasl currently sits in fourth place with 22 points and hopes to secure a victory to move closer to the top of the standings, taking advantage of playing at home in front of their fans.

Khorfakkan vs Al Nasr
In another match, Khorfakkan hosts Al Nasr, in a game where the visiting team will be looking to get back on the winning track after stumbling in previous rounds.
Khorfakkan occupies the tenth position in the standings with 11 points, and seeks to exploit the home advantage and the support of the fans in order to improve its position and move away from the danger zones.
Al-Nasr enters the match with high ambitions to return to competing for the top positions and to collect all the match points to strengthen its position in the standings.

Al Ain vs Al Wahda
The day’s matches conclude with a highly anticipated clash between league leaders Al Ain and third-placed Al Wahda, a game of particular significance in the title race.
Al Ain seeks to continue its positive results and strengthen its position at the top, and widen the gap with its rivals, especially in light of the strong performance that the team has been delivering this season.
