Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Bataeh team achieved an important victory over Sharjah with two goals to nil, in the match that brought them together on Wednesday evening, as part of the postponed match from the tenth round of the UAE League competition, which was held at Sharjah Stadium.

Al Bataeh dominated the first half and managed to take the lead in the 46th minute, after he launched a lobbed shot from outside the penalty area that found the back of the net.

In the second half, Sharjah scored the equalizer in the 59th minute through Ree Manaj, but the referee disallowed it due to a handball by Majid Surour.

Al Bataeh extended their lead in the 61st minute, through Mohammed Juma, after penetrating the penalty area and firing a powerful shot into the goal.
