Abu Dhabi, UAE – Etihad Rail announced details of the entire Emirates passenger rail network.

In a major step that reflects its firm commitment to developing the transportation system and infrastructure in the Emirates.

The passenger train network will connect 11 cities and regions with strategic stations.

This constitutes the first integrated national railway system for passenger transport, enhancing connectivity between the Emirates and providing safe and reliable transportation services to citizens, residents and tourists.

The company reported that in early 2025, the first four main stations in the network were announced in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Fujairah.

Today, the rest of the stations will be announced in: Al-Sila, Al-Dhana, Al-Marfa, Madinat Zayed, Mazari’a, Al-Faya, and Al-Dhaid, and they will be operated in stages.

According to «Union Trains», the trains are designed to provide a comfortable and modern travel experience.

Includes comfortable and secure seats, modern interiors, and full Wi-Fi coverage.

In addition to individual power outlets in each seat, the service will operate according to a regular and accurate schedule.

It thus represents an excellent and reliable alternative for passengers, ensuring quiet transportation between cities away from road congestion.
