Abu Dhabi, UAE – Khorfakkan achieved a resounding victory over their host Bani Yas with a score of 3-0, in the match that brought them together today, Saturday, as part of the UAE League competition.
Khorfakkan visited Bani Yas as part of the ninth round of the ADNOC Professional League.
Salim Amlah opened the scoring for Khorfakkan in the eighth minute from a penalty kick awarded to his team.
Meanwhile, Pedro Pavlov added the second goal for “Al-Saqour” in the 40th minute, after a mistake by the Bani Yas defender in clearing the ball, which reached him and then he shot a ball that settled in the net.
Tariq Tissoudali strengthened the Falcons’ lead, as he snatched a third goal in the dying moments, specifically at the 90+3 minute.
The win raised Khorfakkan’s tally to 11 points in tenth place, while Bani Yas came in thirteenth place with 4 points.

In the same round, Ajman team succeeded in achieving a valuable victory over Dibba with two goals to nil, in the match that was held at Rashid Bin Saeed Stadium.
Ismail Momen scored Ajman’s first goal in the 79th minute, after a rocket shot from outside the penalty area that found the back of the net.
Meanwhile, Essam Fayez added the second goal in the dying moments, specifically at the 90+1 minute, after receiving a pass and shooting it into the net.
The win raised Ajman’s tally to 13 points, placing them in sixth position, while Dibba remained in last place with only 3 points.
