Ajman, UAE – The International Charity Organization announced the launch of its Ramadan campaign for 2026 under the slogan “From What You Love”.
Which aims to implement projects with a total value of 186 million dirhams as part of its ongoing efforts to promote the values of giving and solidarity that distinguish the UAE.
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the World Charity Organization, stressed that the campaign this year comes with a more comprehensive methodology, after reviewing the needs of the beneficiary communities, and building a plan that is consistent with the UAE’s vision for sustainable charitable work, covering 23 countries, in addition to implementing dozens of projects that reflect the organization’s commitment to its charitable role rooted since its establishment.
His Excellency said that the Ramadan campaign is not just a seasonal campaign, but rather a message that reflects the values of the UAE society, which was founded on goodness, mercy, and helping those in need.
He stressed that the Authority is working to ensure that Ramadan projects are based on actual impact and are not limited to providing food only.
Rather, it includes changing people’s lives for the better through diverse initiatives that include the various needs of the regions in which the Authority operates.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Khaled Al Khaja, Secretary General of the International Charity Organization, explained that the organization, with its headquarters in Ajman, its branch in Ras Al Khaimah, and all its external offices, are now fully prepared for this campaign.
This coincides with field visits to a number of Arab and African countries, as well as to cold countries to market a range of winter projects as well.
His Excellency said, “The Authority is aware of the magnitude of the challenges facing poor families, especially in areas that have suffered from wars and disasters. Therefore, it began working early to ensure that Ramadan aid arrives before the beginning of the holy month. From here, a comprehensive plan was developed to break the fast in poor Muslim villages, distribute Ramadan water, and distribute zakat money, in addition to water irrigation projects, building health centers, mosques, and Quran memorization centers, sponsoring orphans, Ramadan packages, and other projects.”
His Excellency called on benefactors, institutions, and community members to support the “What You Love” campaign.
He stressed that it adopts the highest standards of governance and transparency, and that all donations are directed to approved charitable projects under direct supervision and diligent follow-up from senior management, ensuring that they reach the most needy groups.
