Sharjah, UAE – On Monday, Air Arabia launched its daily direct flights between Sharjah and Munich.
Thus, it will be the first German destination served by the company directly from Sharjah International Airport.
The new service is operated by the modern Airbus A320neo aircraft, which provides passengers with more comfort during the flight.
A reception was organized for the inaugural flight upon its arrival at Munich Airport, in the presence of officials from Air Arabia and the Munich International Airport administration.
Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia Group, said that the group’s start of direct flights to Munich from Sharjah is an important addition that enhances the group’s growing presence in Europe.
He pointed out that Munich represents an important cultural and economic center, and providing direct travel service to customers reflects Air Arabia’s continued commitment to adding new major destinations to its passengers.
In addition to providing additional travel options that are characterized by added value.
Munich is part of Air Arabia’s strategic expansion plans in Europe, starting from the UAE.
Which currently includes major destinations such as Vienna, Athens, Milan, Bergamo, Krakow, Warsaw and Schöpen, and soon Warsaw, Modlin and Prague airports will be added to them.
