Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The UAE handball team qualified for the semi-finals of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
This came after his victory, on Tuesday, over the Iranian national team 28-25 at the end of the group stage of the competition.
The tournament is currently being held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
An important meeting was held earlier between the Egyptian Handball Federation and its Emirati counterpart, to discuss the final terms of the cooperation protocol between the two sides.
The meeting came within the framework of strengthening Arab cooperation in the sports field.
