Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Airlines announced, on Monday, that it will enhance its service between Dubai and Cairo by operating six additional flights per week, starting December 1, 2025.
This is in response to the increasing demand during the winter season, which will increase starting next February 1 to an additional daily flight.
The flights will be operated by Boeing 777 aircraft within a schedule designed to provide smooth connecting flights with major destinations in the Far East such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and others.
Along with destinations in eastern and southern Africa such as Tanzania, Kenya and South Africa.
From December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, flight EK929 will depart from Dubai Airport at 10:45 and arrive in Cairo at 1:00 PM.
The return flight, EK 930, will depart from Cairo Airport at 14:40 and arrive in Dubai at 19:55 all days of the week except Thursday.
Starting February 1, the daily flight “EK 929” will take off from Dubai Airport at 4 o’clock and arrive in Cairo at 6:15.
The return flight, EK 930, will depart from Cairo Airport at 8 o’clock and arrive in Dubai at 13:15.

Cairo is currently the city that receives the most Emirates A380 aircraft in the Middle East and North Africa region outside Dubai.
With the start of operation of the fifth daily flight, it will also become the most served city within the Emirates airline network in Africa.

Additional flights would enhance connectivity between the two countries.
It also increases the air cargo capacity to and from Egypt by up to 300 tons per week via Boeing 777 passenger aircraft.
Since launching its first flights to Cairo in 1986, Emirates has established itself as a long-term partner for Egypt’s aviation, tourism and trade sectors.
It continued to expand its operations and increase its flights, and to date has transported more than 10 million passengers to and from the Egyptian market.
