This followed the impact of debris resulting from a successful interception by air defenses in the area. The company stated that the incident caused damage to a limited number of facilities. Specialized teams were immediately dispatched to isolate the affected area and begin a comprehensive assessment of the damage to the production line.
The company announced with deep regret the death of an Egyptian contractor during the evacuation. Four other contractors sustained minor injuries and were discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment. ADNOC Gas affirmed that the safety of its personnel and facilities remains its top priority under all circumstances.
