Dubai, UAE – Dubai Chambers discussed with the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the country, Yoda Nugraha, opportunities to develop bilateral economic partnerships in various priority sectors. This will contribute to supporting the growth of bilateral relations and the prospects of enhancing trade and investment cooperation between the business communities in Dubai and Indonesia. Developing and expanding joint work to contribute to achieving common interests.
The meeting reviewed ways to strengthen integration between the business systems in Dubai and Indonesia, and improve relations between private sector companies. Enhancing the sustainability of economic and trade ties, and intensifying joint coordination were also discussed. To support adaptation to global changes and keep pace with their developments.
New Indonesian companies in Dubai
Last year, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce registered 64 new Indonesian companies as members. This brings the total number of active Indonesian companies registered as members of the Chamber to 198 companies by the end of last year. This represents an annual increase of 23.8%.
This continued growth reflects the Indonesian business community’s growing confidence in the attractiveness and promising opportunities of Dubai’s dynamic market.
