Mahmoud El Khatib, president of Al Ahly Club, emphasized that the Red Devils only know the language of championships. He praised the role of the Red Castle Company, which is implementing the Al Ahly Club Stadium project in the Sheikh Zayed branch.

Mahmoud El Khatib said in statements during an election symposium on Friday evening: “Al-Ahly Stadium has been the big dream of the club’s fans and supporters for many years. Thank God we have succeeded in turning it into a tangible reality, thanks to hard work and careful planning. I extend my thanks to all those involved in this massive project for their efforts and commitment to its opening on time and according to the established schedule”.

He added that Al-Ahly Club is proceeding according to a comprehensive vision aimed at consolidating its position at the top of all sports. He explained: “The club includes 19 different sports. Al-Ahly, by its very nature, only accepts competition for titles, because the culture of first place is part of its history and identity.”

Mahmoud El Khatib indicated that the establishment of the three Al-Ahly companies came within the framework of a clear strategy. It aims to provide sustainable financial resources to support sports activities and meet the needs of all teams. He emphasized that the goal is to achieve a balance between sporting excellence and financial stability. This effort befits Al-Ahly’s name and status as the largest club in Africa and the Arab region.

Al-Khatib: Al-Ahly is a national institution.

Mahmoud El Khatib emphasized that Al-Ahly has never been merely a sports club, but rather a national institution that plays a societal role. An influential humanitarian, he goes hand in hand with his sporting role.
